Large groundcover rosemary differing from prostrata by its finer foliage and more pendulous growth which create curtains over adjacent walls. Can be used for cooking but not as stiff as Rosmarinus officinalis which is better for rosemary skewers. Pretty blue flowers primarily in spring and sporadically through the year, a great early food source for honeybees and bumblebees. Plant in full sun or part shade in moist but well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established. Shelter from strong winds especially cold winter winds. Hardy to minus 10 degrees celsius.
